Installation & Commissioning: Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning processes of machinery and equipment. Customer Guidance: Explain proper equipment operation and basic maintenance procedures to customers. On-Site Services: Travel to customer sites to perform scheduled service and maintenance work. Documentation: Prepare accurate service reports and maintain detailed maintenance records. Compliance & Safety: Strictly follow workplace safety rules, protocols, and company policies. Cross-Departmental Teamwork: Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure all assigned tasks are completed on schedule.
