Troubleshooting: Assist in diagnosing line pressure drops, fluid leaks, contamination issues, and burst risks within fluid power lines. Documentation: Log hose replacement schedules, record fitting specifications, maintain fluid cleanliness logs, and manage spare inventory. Safety & Compliance: Strictly enforce high-pressure fluid injection prevention standards, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols, and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines.
