We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial management of our diversified group of companies in the building materials, steel. The CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving financial strategy, business growth, operational excellence, and corporate governance. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the Group's financial strategy aligned with business objectives. Lead all finance, accounting, treasury, tax, budgeting, and financial planning functions. Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the Managing Director and Board. Oversee cash flow, working capital, banking facilities, and financing activities. Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Drive profitability improvement through financial analysis and cost optimization. Establish strong internal controls, financial policies, and risk management frameworks. Lead ERP implementation and continuous improvement of financial systems and reporting. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements. Evaluate investment opportunities, capital expenditures, and expansion projects. Lead, mentor, and develop the Group Finance and Accounting teams. Provide strategic financial advice to support business expansion and executive decision-making. Perform other executive responsibilities assigned by the Managing Director.
