Supervise daily maintenance activities for school buildings, classrooms, offices, and facilities. Ensure all electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and general repairs are completed on time. Ensure school facilities are safe and comply with safety standards. Quickly respond to emergency repairs or maintenance issues. Support room setup, furniture arrangements, and facility preparation for school events or activities. Supervise maintenance staff and assign daily tasks. Monitor staff performance and ensure work is completed efficiently. Coordinate with external contractors and service providers when needed. Monitor quality of work from external vendors.
