1. IT Operations, Maintenance & Troubleshooting • Set up and configure computers and peripherals • Provides assistance in the use of personal computer hardware, software, and specialized mainframe technology or operates a multi-platform computer environment • Provides basic troubleshooting, repair and maintenance for IT equipment (e.g. computers, disk drives, printers, scanners, CCTV and etc.) • Investigate the error of personal computers and peripherals on a network to diagnose, hardware versus software problems • Troubleshooting network connection issues 2. IT Asset Management & Documentation • Maintain records of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule • Maintain school IT assets • Keep proper records of IT assets • Identify & report to IT Coordinator for IT equipment shortages and place order 3. IT Support & Coordination • Assist to IT Manager that needed • Other duties that assigned by supervision staff
Provide first aid and basic healthcare services to students and staff. Monitor and maintain student health records. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate with parents and healthcare providers. Promote health and wellness programs within the school community. Ensure the school clinic is well-equipped and maintained.
Plan and deliver high-quality art lessons aligned with the school curriculum and academic standards. Teach various art techniques, including drawing, painting, sculpture, crafts, and digital art where applicable. Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom activities effectively. Encourage creativity, imagination, and artistic confidence among students. Assess and evaluate students’ academic performance and provide constructive feedback. Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress. Maintain a safe, organized, and positive classroom environment. Ensure proper use and care of art materials, tools, and equipment. Encourage participation in school exhibitions, competitions, and art-related activities. Work collaboratively with colleagues, coordinators, and school leadership. Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events Submit lesson plans, reports, assessments, and required documents on time. Follow all school policies, safeguarding procedures, and professional standards.
