Yangon City Training Centre (YCTC)/ YCTC Business Institute was established in 2012 by Myanmar scholar Asst. Prof. Win Min Thein (a) Kevin who has received his M.Sc (Merit Award) from Bournemouth University in Bournemouth, in the South of England. He spent over a decade of teaching in Thailand, Singapore and Myanmar from the College to the University as a tutor, lecturer and senior lecturer respectively. Among the Institutes where he has been teaching are Dhurakij Pundit University in Thailand, TMC Academy and ERC Institute in Singapore. He also has been taught part time in Myanmar Imperial College (MIC), RV Management, SR International College and Chindwin College in Myanmar. He also has been lecturing in National Management College (NMC), Ministry of Education as a visiting lecturer. He was appointed as an Asst. Professor of Marketing from Akamai University, Hawaii, USA.
