Monitor stock levels of food ingredients, packaging, and beverages; conduct cycle counts and ensure FIFO/FEFO practices. Plan and schedule deliveries to YKKO outlets, liaise with transport providers, and ensure timely distribution while maintaining food safety standards. Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement and resolve delivery discrepancies. Guide warehouse staff, drivers, and helpers to ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards. Recommend solutions to optimize warehouse layout, reduce wastage, and improve logistics efficiency. Prepare reports on inventory accuracy, logistics costs, and outlet supply performance. Ensure adherence to food safety policies, health & safety regulations, and legal requirements.
