Lead day to day operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service. Monitor and enforce compliance with brand SOPs, safety, hygiene, and food quality standards. Analyze operational metrics and take corrective actions where needed. Manage restaurant readiness for internal audits, customer feedback, health inspections. Recruit, train, coach, and retain high performing staff including crew members. Foster a positive team culture, ensuring high levels of motivation and engagement. Ensure delivery of excellent customer service by monitoring service flow and customer feedback. Resolve escalated customer issues and implement preventive measures to improve service recovery. Manage and be accountable for the restaurant P&L: Sale: Labor, COGS and controllable. Develop action plans to drive sales, optimize costs, and achieve monthly/ quarterly targets. Review daily, weekly and monthly reports you track BSCs (Balance Score Card which measures the performances such as sales, cost controls, food hygiene etc., of the YKKO outlet) and implement performance improvement actions. Ensure accurate stock levels, minimize wastage, and enforce FIFO practices. Oversee procurement coordination and stock receiving to prevent shortages and overstocking. Ensure all equipment and facilities are in working condition. Ensure all records related to labor, sales, inventory, food safety, and customer complaints are accurate and complete. Comply with local labor laws, F&B regulations, company policies, and brand standards. Submit operational and financial reports to Area Coach/Operations Manager as scheduled.
Maintain accurate inventory records, coordinate regular cycle counts, and manage full physical inventory checks. Ensure timely and correct data entry of all movements into the Warehouse Management System or relevant software. Supervise daily warehouse functions, including Receving, Picking, Packing. Maintain a clean, organized and efficient working environment in the warehouse area. Train all new staff and coaching to improve team members' performance and efficiency. Assist the Assistant Chief Auditor in planning the scope and objectives of specific audit assignments. Develop a detailed understanding of the processes and controls to be audited to identify key risks and control points. Execute audit programs and perform testing procedures independently, including collecting, analyzing, and evaluating evidence. Conduct substantive testing and tests of controls for key areas such as revenue, inventory, procurement, and cash management. Perform data analysis using advanced Excel and other tools to identify anomalies or trends for further investigation. Prepare complete, accurate, and well-organized working papers that adequately support all audit findings and conclusions. Review the working papers prepared by Auditors to ensure quality and compliance with audit standards. Ensure all audit documentation is property archived upon completion of the engagement. Draft clear and concise Audit Findings for inclusion in the formal audit report, including the condition, criteria, cause, and recommendation. Discuss and validate audit observations with process owners at the operational level to confirm facts. Assist the Assistant Chief Auditor in the preparation of the formal Draft Audit Report. Provide guidance, training, and daily supervision to Auditors on audit methodology, tools and company policies. Assign and review the work of junior staff on assigned audit engagements to ensure timely completion. Provide practical recommendations to improve processes and internal controls during the audit process. Support the Assistant Chief Auditor in raid investigations and whistleblowing cases by performing specific testing and analysis as directed. Participate in physical inventory counts and other site verification activities.
Develop and execute corporate sales strategy to grow B2B revenue (corporate catering, event orders, partnerships, loyalty tie-ups) for YOMA F&B. Identify corporate clients, negotiate deals, and manage key accounts. Drive corporate product bundles, festive packages, and seasonal B2B offerings. Work closely with Operations to ensure execution of corporate orders meets brand standards. Monitor performance, pipeline health, lead conversion, and sales forecasting. Support the Corporate Sales Sr. Executive with structure, training, and tools. Develop and manage corporate communication strategy that aligns with brand tone and business priorities YOMA F&B’s brands. Oversee brand PR, press releases, official statements, crisis communication, and media relations. Coordinate internal communications (employee campaigns, updates, announcements). Maintain brand image and messaging consistency across all platforms. Support the Corporate Communications Sr. Executive in planning brand reputation activities. Work closely with Marketing, Creative, Operations, HR, and relevant cross functional teams for integrated campaigns for both brands. Align corporate messaging with overall brand strategy. Track KPIs: corporate revenue growth, PR sentiment, media exposure, communication effectiveness. Present monthly performance updates to the Head of Marketing.
Supervise daily M&E operations, preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance. Ensure smooth operation of electrical systems, generators and mechanical equipment. Respond to breakdowns and troubleshoot issues promptly. Allocate tasks to technicians and monitor performance. Provide technical support and guidance to M&E team members. Ensure maintenance works comply with safety standards, electrical regulations, and company policies. Conduct risk assessments and report safety incidents. Develop and execute annual brand plans that align with the company’s long-term marketing vision. Define brand architecture, identity systems, and communication tone. Monitor and evaluate brand health metrics (awareness, preference, relevance, equity). Conduct market and consumer research to identify insights, trends, and opportunities. Collaborate with Innovation Lab (Food), Operations, and other marketing function teams on brand related initiatives. Identify strategic brand partnerships and drive those initiatives to secure strong brand presence in the market. Lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Brief and collaborate with the cross-functional team as required for campaign development. Coordinate with Sales & Marketing Team for campaign rollout, promotions, and store activation. Ensure consistent brand storytelling across all touchpoints — ATL, digital, in-store, PR, and partnerships. Evaluate post-campaign performance and recommend improvements. Maintain and update Brand Guidelines and ensure adherence across all materials and channels. Review creative and communication materials to ensure brand consistency and quality. Provide brand direction to franchise marketing activities (dotted-line collaboration). Ensuring Effective use of media buying budget allocated for digital and ATL media usage. Build good relationships with digital & ATL vendors/agencies, KOLs & partners to ensure smooth coordination and execution. Understand business needs and budget allocation to identify the most efficient channels within digital & ATL. Align and execute with partnered app for the loyalty program & drive acquisition & usage for the app. Creative Team – to ensure campaigns visually and emotionally align with brand positioning. Sales & Activation Team – to ensure promotions and local marketing align with brand direction. Corporate Sales & Comms Manager – for brand messaging in corporate and PR communications. Operations Team – for in-store experience and customer journey consistency. Innovation Lab & Business Development Team – for a creation of relevant menu & restaurant expansion plan that is aligned with business/consumers’ needs Manage brand budget allocations, ensuring ROI and efficient use of resources. Track and report on brand performance and campaign outcomes to Head of Marketing. Collaborate on strategic planning and ensure all campaigns align with internal methodologies and performance drivers including awareness, trial, loyalty, and advocacy. Act as the brand custodian across all departments and external partners.
