Ensure availability of spare parts and service contracts for critical systems. Supervise contractors and vendors for specialized services. Ensure compliance with Myanmar regulatory frameworks and safety standards. Conduct root cause analysis of recurring issues and implement corrective measures. Prepare annual maintenance budgets and monitor expenditures. Optimize cost efficiency through preventive strategies and vendor negotiations. Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety standards and food industry compliance. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures. Provide regular reports to senior management on maintenance of KPIs. Collaborate with Operations, Development, and Supply Chain teams for integrated support.
