Maintain accurate inventory records, coordinate regular cycle counts, and manage full physical inventory checks. Ensure timely and correct data entry of all movements into the Warehouse Management System or relevant software. Supervise daily warehouse functions, including Receving, Picking, Packing. Maintain a clean, organized and efficient working environment in the warehouse area. Train all new staff and coaching to improve team members' performance and efficiency. Strictly enforce company policies and workplace safety regulations.
Assist in installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical wiring, lighting and power systems. Support maintenance of mechanical equipment. Assist in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues. Ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations. Support emergency maintenance and respond to breakdowns or service works. Record daily activities, maintenance logs, and equipment status. May be require weekend/holiday duty or emergency response.
Establish and manage the MNE team, including technicians, supervisors, and contractors. Define clear roles, responsibilities, and escalation protocols. Recruit, train, and develop technical staff to support both KFC and YKKO brands. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for ACMV, sanitary systems, electrical, LV, and cold holds. Monitor compliance and performance of preventive programs to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate records using CMMS or equivalent systems. Lead rapid response to urgent breakdowns and service interruptions. Coordinate with restaurant managers to prioritize urgent repairs. Ensure availability of spare parts and service contracts for critical systems. Supervise contractors and vendors for specialized services. Ensure compliance with Myanmar regulatory frameworks and safety standards. Conduct root cause analysis of recurring issues and implement corrective measures. Prepare annual maintenance budgets and monitor expenditures. Optimize cost efficiency through preventive strategies and vendor negotiations. Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety standards and food industry compliance. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures. Provide regular reports to senior management on maintenance of KPIs. Collaborate with Operations, Development, and Supply Chain teams for integrated support.
To support food innovation and new product development and product improvement projects by coordinating with internal team and external suppliers. Assist in recipe development, formulation and specification alignment. Arrange product testing, sensory evaluation and shelf-life studies. Record test results, trial feedback and improvement actions. Ensure timelines are met from development to commercialization Coordinate product trials, sample evaluations and pilots run with NPD team. Support new product development and product improvement initiatives. Support certification processes such as FSSC, GMP, HACCP, ISO, etc. Support launch readiness by coordinating with relevant teams.
