Job Summary We are looking for a Sales Supervisor to lead daily sales operations in Mandalay, support the sales team, and drive sales growth. The role will be primarily responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring smooth sales operations. Key Responsibilities Lead, guide, and manage the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets . Monitor sales performance, prepare sales reports, and identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Build and maintain strong and trustworthy relationships with customers and business partners . Support promotional activities, product displays, and market expansion initiatives .
