Admin Executive (M/ F - 3 Posts) Duties & Responsibilities- ▶General administrative tasks ▶Assist in travel arrangements such as flight, accommodation, visa application, and negotiate corporate rates agreements. ▶In charge of overseeing office equipment such as tracking of office equipment, conduct research and quotations comparison for office purchases, maintenance and repair, etc. ▶Ensure meeting rooms are neat, tidy and presentable and in tip-top condition at all times Responsible for requisition of office supplies (stationery and pantry item) ▶Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and facilities ▶Any ad-hoc activities as assigned
Partner with internal team to ensure sourcing strategies are aligned with project objectives Experience in (IT, Heavy Equipment, Construction Materials, Communication Equipment and Others ) will be advantage Support growth planning and scalability for the project Ensure early and active involvement with the supply base. Provide analytics and insight to the internal team. Maintain day-to-day & strategic supplier and internal customer relationships as the lead point of contact. Issue RFP's, negotiate, evaluate, and execute contract agreements and purchase orders. Facilitate supplier business reviews and maintain strategic relationships
