Responsible for full sets of accounts (AP/AR/GL) Provide accurate financial reporting and facilitate month-end closing activities for Management. Address and resolve outstanding transactions (payments/receipts) in a timely manner. Establish and propose accounting policies and procedures to ensure effective financial controls. Manage timely accounts payable closing process and reconciliations
Partner with internal team to ensure sourcing strategies are aligned with project objectives Experience in (IT, Heavy Equipment, Construction Materials, Communication Equipment and Others ) will be advantage Support growth planning and scalability for the project Ensure early and active involvement with the supply base. Provide analytics and insight to the internal team. Maintain day-to-day & strategic supplier and internal customer relationships as the lead point of contact. Issue RFP's, negotiate, evaluate, and execute contract agreements and purchase orders. Facilitate supplier business reviews and maintain strategic relationships
Identify new business opportunities by pitching new clients. Propose a full range of marketing solutions to clients. Prepare marketing plan, media plan and materials for client pitching. Assist the team in planning and activating traditional and digital campaigns. Able to prepare reports for key clients.
