  • Performing day to day accounting data entries.
  • Handle full spectrum of Accounts Payable, including payment processing of suppliers' invoices.
  • Handle full spectrum of Accounts Receivables, including sales/cash reconciliations.
  • Assist in Monthly Closing, Bank Reconciliation, Tax and Audit matters.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Verify vendor invoices and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
  • Manage accounts receivable for any wholesale or credit-based corporate clients.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for all financial supporting documents and contracts.

  • LCCI/ CAT/ Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Positive working attitude, willing to learn and able to multi task.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience in retail, FMCG and franchise environment will be an advantage.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
