Assist Chief Accountant in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for two casual dining restaurants and pizza stalls.
Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, and cash flow across all outlets.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor daily sales transactions.
Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for each outlet.
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and prepare necessary filings.
Provide financial analysis to support operational and strategic decisions.
Assist Chief Accountant in implementing internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
Assist in audits and liaise with external auditors when required.
