Job Summary

Responsible for coordinating daily office operations and handling general administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient workplace functioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Basic understanding of finance-related processes such as Advance Requests and Clearing Procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of document control, filing systems, and record-keeping practices.
  • Maintain ISO-related documents, records, and standard forms in an organized and compliant manner.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.
  • Ability to prepare reports accurately and handle data entry tasks efficiently.
  • Able to work flexibly depending on operational needs.

Requirements
