■ Job description: Interpreter for YANGON-MANDALAY RAILWAY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
・Acting as general interpreter as required (Japanese-English- Burmese)
•Interpret in daily conversations and meetings and also in site if necessary
・Writing/ Documenting Minutes of Meeting
・Translating Documents from Burmese-English-Japanese vise-vasa
•Support to all foreign workers in projects
・Other administrative tasks as required by administration manager.
• Provide full secretarial and admin support to the project team and department to ensure the smooth running of the department operations
• Maintain records of Engineers and assist in their movements
• Take minutes of meeting and maintain records for the operations and project team
• Maintain a proper and user friendly filing and document control system for recording and
tracking of all documents for the project team and department
• Support the officers and project team in daily conversations to understand well
• Perform data-entry, recording, printing and filing duties
• Undertake any ad-hoc admin projects/duties as required
• Coordinate travel arrangements inclusive of air-ticket, hotel accommodation, visa arrangements, claims etc
• Assist to check and verify staff claims and invoices for project team

■ Qualification:
1. University degree/College Degree/Certificates of the related Languages
2. Can travel in Myanmar / outside Yangon.
3. No association with gangs or criminal organizations

■Ideal candidate will have:
1. Interpersonal communication skill.
2. Proficiency in business level English and Japanese
(TOEIC score 750 and Japanese Proficiency level N2)
3. Strong information processing skill and computer literacy: MS Office applications (Excel, Words and PowerPoint)
4. Strong Coordination skill
5. Pro-active and attentive
