Job Summary
We are seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth across Yangon, Bago, and Area Sales Manager to drive as slaes growth for Mawlamyaing. The role will lead field sales efforts, manage distributor and customer relationships, and deliver strong market coverage for our food and beverage products.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute area sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
● Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
● Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to support growth.
● Lead, coach, and support the sales team to improve performance and coverage.
● Ensure product availability, merchandising, and promotional execution in assigned areas.
● Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory updates for management.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
● Proven 5 years & Above working  experience in sales management & Area Slaes Managers  in FMCG or food and beverages .
● Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to manage multiple territories and meet challenging sales targets.
● Good understanding of distributor and channel management.

● Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic sales reporting.
