This role helps coordinate teams, improve customer experience, and ensure smooth execution of sales, service, and administrative activities in a fast-paced internet services environment.Key Responsibilities● Assist in managing branch operations, staff coordination, and daily workflow to meet service goals.● Support sales and customer service activities to ensure a positive experience and timely issue resolution.● Monitor branch performance, prepare reports, and follow up on targets, tasks, and operational needs.● Help maintain service standards, company policies, and efficient communication across departments.● Coordinate schedules, resources, and routine administration to keep branch activities running smoothly.
