•  Ensure program quality, broadcasting standards, and media compliance
•  Coordinate between management and production teams
•  Handle operational issues, reporting, and administrative

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

•  Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Media, Broadcasting, Communication, or related fields
•  3–5 years of experience in radio or media production
•  Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
•  Knowledge of radio production, live broadcasting, and audio systems
•  Able to work under pressure and handle on-air issues
•  Fluent in Myanmar language; English is an advantage.
