Establish effective working relationships with agencies and other key partners to ensure that our products and services.
Actively participate in product development and service offers, providing feedback and consumer insights.
Develop and deliver appropriate field sales enablement tools and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
Demonstrate effective management of the marketing, advertising, and promotional activities of the organization.
Execute online and offline marketing initiatives, integrating online and new media, email, print, direct mail, social media, and company websites.
Execute marketing campaigns and analyze performance that leverage behavioral interest profiling to drive new client acquisition & sales revenue.
Conduct marketing surveys on current and new service concepts.
Additional/Ad-hoc duties-Willing to accept additional responsibilities assigned from time to time by direct Supervisor for Career enhancement/others.
Supporting the Marketing Manager in the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns.
Working with other departments such as sales and product development to coordinate marketing efforts.
Managing and tracking the performance of marketing initiatives to measure effectiveness and ROI.
Assisting in preparing marketing budgets and monitoring expenses.
Developing content for various marketing platforms such as websites, social media, and email campaigns.

Any Graduate, MBA Preferred
Energetic and intuitive marketing strategist with good leadership and communication skills,
Skilled in direct response marketing with ability to craft integrated marketing strategies across all channels
Excellent computer skills and detailed knowledge of various computer programs, including a strong proficiency of MS Excel, Power point, Adobe Series.
Creative thinker, excellent listener, proven ability to identify opportunities and deliver effective strategies that generate results.
Ability to priorities tasks and to manage workload using own initiative.
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with limited resources .
Minimum 2 years in Related Field with management level.
