Job Summary
A proactive Assistant Operation Manager to support retail and wholesale operations in Shwepyithar, Yangon. The role focuses on sales coordination, business development support, team follow-up, and smooth day-to-day execution to help drive growth and service quality.

Key Responsibilities
● Support daily operations across sales, inventory, and customer service activities.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery follow-up.
● Assist in achieving sales targets and identifying new business opportunities.
● Monitor operational issues and help implement practical solutions to improve efficiency.
● Prepare reports on sales performance, stock status, and operational updates.
● Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and branch teams.
● Support management with planning, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Sales, or a related field preferred.
● Experience in retail, wholesale, sales, or operations at manager level.
● Strong coordination, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
● Good communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
● Proficient in MS Office and basic reporting.
● Self-motivated, responsible, and team-oriented.
● Based in or willing to work in Shwepyithar, Yangon.
