  • Perform to set sales strategies & marketing strategies
  • Plan and implement for brand-building
  • Able to perform to achieve business goal, sales target
  • Assisting for sales and marketing budget for the company
  • Identify new opportunities to increase sales channels and report it to Managing Director
  • Research markets for selling company’s products & services
  • Negotiating sales contract, terms and conditions with customers
  • Draw the marketing plan and take action plan by weekly, monthly, yearly. And, Lead marketing way by scheduling
  • Good perform in solving customer complaints and negotiation
  • Coordinate all social media channels & agencies for brand development
  • Plan and implement innovative campaigns, organizing customer meets / events, exhibition, media planning, market intelligence, competitor analysis etc.
  • Find new customers & project for company products and service to meet the set sales target
  • Establish, develop and maintain good customer relationships to existing and potential customer
  • Advise management of significant market information and report new product ideas

  • Any graduated. Diploma in Sales and Marketing Management Prefer MBA
  • Minimum 4~5 years’ above experiences in the line sales & marketing
  • More prefer experience in engineering industry
  • Good in English 4-skills
  • Good selling skill and advertising skill
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing. Creativity with a results focus
  • Must have good communications, relation skill, customer services and negotiation skills
  • Good computer skill (Microsoft and Internet)
