An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Develop and manage Building Information Models (BIM) in accordance with project requirements and company standards, ensuring accurate and coordinated 3D representations of architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
  • Collaborate with design teams, consultants, and subcontractors to support design coordination, clash detection, and model integration across multiple disciplines and project phases.
  • Participate in project planning meetings, contributing technical BIM expertise to support constructability reviews, design validation, and issue resolution.
  • Support project teams by generating 2D drawings, quantities, and schedules directly from the BIM model to assist in procurement, construction planning, and execution.
  • Implement and maintain BIM standards, workflows, and templates, ensuring consistency and compliance with both internal and client requirements.
  • Coordinate with site teams and engineers to reflect as-built conditions and updates in the BIM models during construction progress.
  • Conduct quality checks on models and drawings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications, codes, and industry best practices.
  • Interface with international and local stakeholders to manage BIM deliverables and ensure alignment across teams, particularly on multinational or cross-border projects.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, model versions, and model-related reports, and support data extraction and reporting as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by company leadership, including support for digital construction initiatives, innovation proposals, or training.

  • 2–5 years of experience in BIM modeling, coordination, or related roles in construction or engineering projects.

  • Experience working on large-scale infrastructure, building, or industrial projects is preferred.

  • Familiarity with international standards (e.g., ISO 19650, BS/PAS 1192) is a plus.

  • Proficient in BIM software such as:

    • Autodesk Revit (required)

    • Navisworks Manage (for clash detection)

    • AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Tekla Structures (as applicable to discipline)

  • Knowledge of 4D/5D BIM, quantity take-offs, and model-based planning is an advantage.

  • Strong understanding of construction processes, design coordination, and digital workflows.

  • Good communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (design, site, procurement).

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

  • Proficiency in English.
