Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and provide training to branch staff while managing team performance to meet organizational goals.
Reporting & Insights: Prepare and present regular monthly reports, sales forecasts, and market insights to senior management.

Any Graduate. Minimum of (3) years of proven experience as a Branch Manager or Sales Manager. Must hold a Diploma in Sales Management or Business Management. Proficient in Sales & Operation Management within a retail or service environment. Strong leadership qualities, effective problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills Candidates with prior experience in the Automotive industry will be given special consideration..
