Key Responsibilities

    • Handle cash and digital payments from customers
    • Issue invoices/receipts for bulk sales
    • Accurately record daily sales transactions
    • Count, balance, and report cash at the end of each shift
    • Coordinate with sales and warehouse staff for order confirmation
    • Maintain clear records of credit, cash, and advance payments
    • Report any cash shortages or discrepancies to Senior Accountant
    • money is kept safe and secure.
    • Check and balance daily cash and bank transactions.
    • Prepare daily cash or sales reports.
    • Process cash returns or exchanges according to company’s policies.
