- Provide strategic & leadership for engineering activities across multiple projects

- Develop project execution plans, schedules and budgets and track progress

- End to end planning, disign oversight, review drawings  and execution of works across projects ( building , infrastructure , roads & utilities )

- Oversee project execution, quality , cost , timeline & contractor performance

- Monitor site progress, resove technical issues and manage risks through professional liability consideration and contract reviews

- Manage project schedules and coorinate with architects, contractors & authorities

Education

- Bachelor's of Civil Engineering with 12 + years experience wiht  5 + years in Senior role in construction , real estate , infrastructure sector

- Registered Professional Engineer is preferred

Skills

- Project Management skills

- Deep understanding of construction materials , structural design review & construction methods

- MS Project, AutoCAD, 

- Operational effciency mindset

- Vendor & contract management

- Strong leadership, negotiation and conflict resolution skills

- Willing to travel to project sites
