Assists to Head of Communication with the communications activities of the company.
Involves in developing and implementing of an effective communication strategy based on the target audiences.
Creates contents and manage communication campaigns to promote the company brand, activities, or product.
Ensures all communication and marketing materials are aligned with brand standards.
Checks company’s social media channels regularly and website to ensure business information are up to date.
Collects and analyzes the users’ data from the respective communication channels and prepare reports for management for decision making.
Liaises with external agencies and ensures that the products and services are received in good quality and on time.
Visits to branch offices and clients for company’s promotional videos and posters.
Plan and organize company’s events.
Seeks opportunities to enhance brand reputation.
Identifies any possible reputation risk to eliminates and reduces from brand damage.
Manages conflict as it arises and escalates to management.
Overview designs and provide feedbacks to team members.
Executes any other ad-hoc duties required by team (or) assigned by management.

Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field. Relevant certifications or advanced degrees are a plus.
Proven experience as a Communication Officer or similar role for minimum 2 years
Fluent in spoken and written English and Myanmar
Familiar with the best practices of common social media platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to various audiences
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Understanding of communication, public relations, and marketing best practices
Be resourceful and initiative
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
Willingness to learn and a quick learner.
Well-organized and attention to details
