Responsibilities

  • Draft contractual letters and commercial letter to get them approved by Project Manager and send them to Client, Subcontractor and Suppliers.
  • Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms
  • Review and update existing contracts
  • Ensure documentation and preparation for Dispute review boards and arbitration
  • Undertake any other duties as requested by Project Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor in Engineering; additional qualifications in contract management is a plus
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Proven experience in Construction Field
  • Must have experience in preparation of commercial letters with excellent writing skills
  • Knowledge of commercial requirements involved with contracts
  • Keen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers and external partners
  • Soft skills including a positive attitude, flexibility and conflict resolution
