Responsibilities
1. Collaborate and communicate with shipping lines, co-loaders, and airlines to ensure smooth shipment handling.2. Manage daily sea freight and air freight shipments as per assigned tasks.
3. Ensure timely and effective email correspondence regarding shipments with both internal and external parties.4. Serve as the local contact point for the company and overseas agent offices.5. Coordinate with the sales team to fulfill shipment requirements efficiently.6. Ensure accurate and timely data submission to both internal and external stakeholders.7. Maintain proper and accurate filing of shipping documents.8. Oversee internal systems, procedural audits, and periodic reporting.9. Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications
1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.2. Proficiency in English (writing, speaking, and listening).3. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.4. Strong understanding of shipping & logistics terminology and shipping document handling.5. Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.6. A team player with enthusiasm, a sense of ownership, and the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
