Job Summary
Join Wasabi Company Limited as an Entry-Level Customer Support professional in Bahan, Yangon. You will support client system setup, assist with data migration, explain product functions, and help customers use the platform more effectively in a fast-paced IT environment.

Key Responsibilities
● Reflect client company information into the system accurately and support implementation tasks.
● Assist with migration and transition from other systems, including product listing setup on partner sites.
● Explain system features and usage clearly to existing client companies.
● Propose practical ways to improve system utilization and customer experience.
● Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth support delivery and issue resolution.

● Business Japanese level or JLPT N1; experience communicating with Japanese speakers is preferred.
● Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.

● Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn new systems quickly.
● Entry-level candidates are welcome; enthusiasm for IT and support work is important.
