Position Overview
The Marketing team at Four Clover Co., Ltd., located in Tamwe Township, is responsible for enhancing brand value through digital channels, managing marketing campaigns, and improving market engagement and customer response.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media platforms and other digital channels.
• Develop, manage, and publish content regularly according to the content calendar.Create and implement activities to increase lead generation, audience engagement, and brand awareness.
• Collect and analyze performance reports and adjust marketing strategies to improve campaign results.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Design teams to ensure the consistent and effective execution of marketing campaigns.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Candidates with experience in the marketing field will be given preference.
• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Content Planning.
• Proficiency in using Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and marketing reporting tools.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Creative thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate and write effectively in both Myanmar and English.
• Must be able to work in Tamwe Township, Yangon, Myanmar.
