•Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and other potential business partners.
•Identify and develop new business opportunities, target markets, and potential customers for assigned product categories.
•Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives through effective customer development, lead generation, project follow-up, and sales activities.
•Conduct market research, project site surveys, competitor analysis, and customer analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and potential leads.
•Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing strategies in collaboration with other team members to achieve assigned performance targets.
•Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, advertising, branding activities, promotional offers, and multi-channel communications.
•Monitor and analyze the MDY CRM database to identify customer trends and opportunities for customer engagement, follow-ups, and lead conversion.
•Maintain and continuously update customer databases and CRM records, ensuring effective follow-up and feedback collection from existing and potential customers.
•Organize and coordinate customer meetings, events, showroom activities, and other customer-centric engagement initiatives to strengthen customer relationships.
•Collaborate with the Branding & Communications Teams and relevant internal departments to develop and implement effective marketing and branding initiatives.
•Prepare and present sales performance, market analysis, customer insights, project database and campaign reports to support management decision-making.
•Perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by management, supporting the overall objectives and operational requirements of the Sales & Marketing Department.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing or Business Development.

• Experience in construction or interior decorative materials will be an advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and CRM database management.

• Result-oriented, proactive, and willing to conduct project site visits.
