Job Summary
Join a leading engineering organization as an Export Import Coordinator, supporting smooth cross-border logistics, customs clearance, and shipment follow-up. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can coordinate vendors, documentation, and delivery timelines with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
● Coordinate import and export shipments, ensuring timely movement and compliance with regulations.
● Prepare and verify shipping documents, customs paperwork, and related logistics records.
● Communicate with client, sub-contractor, and internal teams.
● Track shipment status, resolve delays, and provide updates on delivery schedules.
● Support and followup port, warehouse, and transport operations to maintain smooth material flow with sub-contractor.
● Maintain accurate logistics files, reports, and transaction records for audit purposes.
● Monitor costs, assist with freight arrangements, and support process improvement initiatives.

● Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
● Proven experience in import/export, logistics coordination, or international shipping operations in Oil and Gas Industry.
● Good knowledge of customs procedures, shipping documents, and freight forwarding processes.
● Strong communication skills in English; Chinese languages is an advantage.
● Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, for tracking and reporting purposes.
● Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
● Able to coordinate effectively with vendors, ports, warehouses, and internal departments.
● Experience in oil and gas project logistics is more preferred.
