Job Summary

BLINK COMPANY LIMITED is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance operations and support the company’s continued growth. With 12 years of experience in the advertising and marketing industry, BLINK offers a fast-paced and dynamic working environment where strong financial management is essential to business success.

The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, reporting, compliance, cash flow, and daily finance operations while providing accurate and timely financial insights to support management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and monthly financial reporting
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and month-end closing
• Prepare management reports, financial analysis, and variance reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
• Liaise with auditors, banks, suppliers, and external stakeholders
• Improve financial processes, controls, accuracy, and operational efficiency
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business planning and strategic decisions
• Lead and support the finance team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are highly preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, with solid experience in a management or senior-level role.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• In-depth understanding of Myanmar tax regulations, statutory compliance, audit processes, and accounting standards.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modelling, reporting, and data analysis; experience with accounting software or ERP systems is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to analyze financial data, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to guide, develop, and motivate a finance team.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, and negotiation skills, with the confidence to work with senior management, auditors, banks, and external partners.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with strong ownership and accountability for financial accuracy and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple responsibilities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced advertising and marketing environment.
