1. Financial Management & Control

• Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting activities.
• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall fund management.
• Manage expenses effectively and drive cost efficiency across departments and projects.

2. Financial Planning & Budgeting

• Develop annual budgets and prepare regular financial forecasts.
• Track budget performance against actual results and provide detailed variance analysis.
• Assist in project budgeting and cost management, particularly for construction and manufacturing operations.

3. Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Submit timely financial reports to Chairman and Management.
• Ensure accuracy of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
• Prepare management reports to support decision-making.

4. Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and credit control functions.
• Monitor customer collections and supplier payments.
• Ensure timely invoicing and proper supporting documentation.

5. Taxation & Compliance

• Ensure full compliance with Myanmar tax laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare and submit Commercial Tax, Income Tax, and Withholding Tax filings accurately and on time.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial consultants when required.

6. Audit & Risk Management

• Prepare audit schedules and supporting documents for both internal and external audits.
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
• Assess potential financial risks and recommend effective risk mitigation measures.

7. Banking & Financing

• Maintain and manage relationships with banks and other financial institutions.
• Support and coordinate loan applications, overdrafts, and other financing arrangements.
• Monitor loan repayments, interest expenses, and related banking charges.

8. Team Management

• Lead, supervise, and support the finance and accounting team.
• Delegate tasks effectively, review performance, and provide constructive feedback.
• Facilitate training and development to enhance team capability and efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, LCCI, or equivalent qualifications are highly preferred.
• At least 7 years of proven experience in finance and accounting functions.
• Prior experience within construction, manufacturing, or trading industries will be considered an advantage.
• Strong capability in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
• Sound understanding of Myanmar tax regulations and financial compliance requirements.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
