promotional items.
2. Create engaging social media graphics, digital advertisements, and website visuals.
3. Develop creative concepts and designs for student recruitment campaigns, events, and
branding activities.
4. Design event-related materials including backdrops, certificates, invitation cards, and
presentation slides.
5. Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to support online and offline campaigns.
7. Edit and enhance photos for marketing and promotional use.
8. Prepare artwork files for printing and coordinate with vendors when necessary.
9. Stay updated with design trends and recommend new creative approaches.
10. Perform other design-related duties assigned by management.

1. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in graphic design.
2. Experience in education, training, or service industries is an advantage.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
4. Knowledge of Canva and AI design tools is preferred.
5. Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar
software are an advantage.
6. Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
7. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
