Lead recruitment and manpower planning. 
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and HR systems. 
Manage KPI, performance appraisal, and employee development. 
Oversee payroll, attendance, leave, and employee records. 
Ensure compliance with Myanmar Labour Law and company policies. 
Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters. 
Oversee office and branch administration. 
Support management in building a high-performing and growth-driven organization.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
Familiarity with Myanmar labor laws and HR best practices will be an advantage.
Experience in Retail, FMCG, Distribution, or multi-branch operations is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
