Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead people operations at our garment factory in Hlaingtharya, Yangon. This role oversees recruitment, employee relations, training, compliance, and day-to-day HR administration to support a productive and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for factory and office roles, ensuring timely staffing and onboarding.
• Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and workplace communication.
• Plan and deliver training programs to improve performance, attendance, and supervisor capability.
• Maintain HR policies, employee records, contracts, and compliance with labor laws and company standards.
• Support performance management, attendance control, and workforce planning across departments.
• Coordinate with management and production teams to address staffing needs and HR-related issues.
• Oversee HR reporting, documentation, and other administrative tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of HR experience, preferably in a garment or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, training, and labor compliance.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide HR staff effectively.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in Hlaingtharya or industrial factory operations is an advantage.
