  1. Monitor and solve the issue concerned with the unsafe act and unsafe condition. Report and record as required.
  2. Monitor and manage to solve the issue concerned with the unsafe act and unsafe condition. Report and record as required.
  3. Conduct safety inspection of all facilities and work site to ensure safety and compliance of local and state codes and standard.
  4. Conduct incident investigation and root cause analysis and report and record. Monthly risk report to be carried out.
  5. Monitor and solve the issue concerned with the unsafe act and unsafe condition. Report and record as required.
  6. Responsible for implementation of Safety, Health and Environment rules and regulations to ensure all personnel working in ELPC LPG Terminal are in full compliance. Liaise with relevant government agencies to keep abreast of the most up to date legal code and regulation concerned with terminal safety. To regularly update the safety procedure as required. Monitor and achieve KPI (Key Performance Index).
  7. Implementing FFE list and FFE maintenance system and monitoring.
  8. Implementing LSA list and LSA maintenance system and monitoring.
  9. Implement and conduct safety induction for incoming new staff and for external party entering the terminal. Ensure that all relevant documents, either internal or external, is timely updated. Conduct safety meeting and toolbox talks with terminal staff and contractors when required.
  10. Conduct safety inspection of all facilities and work site to ensure safety and compliance of local and state codes and standard.

  5. Proficient in all Microsoft Applications.
