  • Conduct thorough audits of financial statements, operational procedures, and compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Plan, schedule, and execute audits across all departments, ensuring full coverage of key risk areas.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of internal controls, recommending enhancements where necessary.
  • Identify, assess, and prioritize risks to inform audit planning and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure the timely implementation of audit recommendations.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, risks, and actionable recommendations for senior management and the Board of Directors.
  • Conduct follow-up audits to confirm timely execution of corrective actions.
  • Provide compliance and risk management guidance to various departments.
  • Mentor and supervise junior audit staff, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification preferred (ACCA, CPA, CIA, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant internal audit experience, preferably in the retail or jewellery sector.
  • Strong knowledge of auditing standards, risk management, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
