1. Auditing

• Conduct systematic audits of the company’s financial records, accounting statements, and operational activities in accordance with established standards.

2. Internal Control

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud, misuse, or misappropriation.

3. Reporting

• Prepare and submit audit reports to management, including audit findings and recommendations for operational improvements.

4. Compliance

• Verify whether employees and departments comply with company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), applicable laws, and tax regulations.

5. Follow-up

• Review and verify whether the relevant departments have implemented corrective actions to address previous audit findings.

6. Stock Auditing

• Be able to conduct physical stock inspections and inventory audits independently.

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIA, or LCCI Level III are preferred.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, or Accounting & Finance.

• Strong understanding of internal controls, risk assessment, and audit procedures.

• Ability to prepare audit working papers and internal audit reports.

• Good understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to use accounting software.

• Detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to professional ethics and confidentiality.

• Good communication and report-writing skills.

• Willingness and ability to travel to branches and project sites to conduct audits as required by the company.
