Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management
   • Monitor and control stock levels of ship accessories and raw materials.
   • Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical stock audits.
   • Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) and LIFO methods are properly applied based on product type.
   • Maintain accurate stock records in the inventory system.
2. Stock Replenishment & Ordering
   • Coordinate with procurement departments for stock replenishment.
   • Generate purchase requisitions and monitor supplier deliveries.
   • Forecast demand for ship parts and accessories based on plans and sales forecasts.
3. Documentation & Reporting
   • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
   • Record all inventory transactions (receipts, issues, adjustments) and sales invoices accurately.
   • Investigate and report stock variances, losses, or damages.
4. Quality & Compliance
   • Ensure storage and handling meet marine industry standards (e.g., rust prevention, labeling, shelf life).
5. Coordination
   • Liaise with logistics teams to ensure materials are available when needed.
   • Support management during internal and external audits.

• 2–3 years experience in inventory or warehouse control (preferably in a manufacturing or marine industry environment).
• Strong understanding of inventory control principles, stock movement, and material planning.
• Analytical thinking with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Honest, reliable, and disciplined in record-keeping.
