Job Summary
Support day-to-day IT operations at Guston Amava Ltd. in Thanlyin, Yangon, ensuring reliable hardware, software, and network performance for a fast-paced clothing and textile environment. This role suits an experienced IT professional who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting and user support.

Key Responsibilities
● Provide first-line support for computers, printers, network devices, and common software issues.
● Install, configure, and maintain hardware, operating systems, peripherals, and business applications.
● Troubleshoot technical problems promptly to minimize downtime across office and production teams.
● Monitor system performance, perform routine maintenance, and support backups and updates.
● Assist with user account setup, access control, email, and basic cybersecurity practices.
● Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for repairs, replacements, and IT service needs.

● Proven experience in IT support, helpdesk, or similar hands-on technical role.
● Strong knowledge of PC hardware, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and common business software.
● Basic understanding of LAN/WAN, printers, routers, switches, and network troubleshooting.
● Ability to diagnose issues quickly and communicate technical solutions clearly to users.
● Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive service mindset.
● Experience supporting office or manufacturing environments is an advantage.
● Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
● Willingness to work in Thanlyin, Yangon, and handle routine operational IT tasks.
