  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, network, and other IT-related issues.
  • Respond to and resolve support tickets in a timely manners.
  • Install,configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including operating systems, applications, and network connectivity problems.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees, including setting up and decommissioning workstations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support activities, including ticket resolution ,system configurations,and user guides.
  • Monitor and manage IT assets, ensuring proper inventory and tracking of equipment.
  • Perform regular system updates,patches, and backups.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technologies and improvements.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on best practices and use of IT resources.
  • Assist with network administration tasks, including managing user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
  • Participate in IT projects as needes.
