Main Responsibilities

This position is based at the SC Auto Myanmar office and is responsible for providing comprehensive IT support to local staff while supporting the Singapore Headquarters remotely on technical matters.The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Day-to-day IT helpdesk support, hardware setups, etc. Server Administration and Network / Firewall / VPN / maintaining network infrastructure and servers, and installing or upgrading hardware and software.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Provide technical assistance to staffs as needed
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account ERP system setting, network configuration and cloud management
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Maintain and up-keep IT equipment inventory and documentation, in compliance with IT policies and procedures and to ensure proper tracking and disposal
• Responsible for hardware and software licensing and compliance.
• Facilitate and set-up AVS/video conferencing before for general meetings
• Collaborate on projects, adding inputs and contributing to the success of implementation
• Manage vendor contracts, maintenance agreements, equipment procurement, purchasing negotiations, and fostering relationships

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Computer, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent or related studies with 3 to 5 years working experience or more.
• Good experience in Windows, Networking and Firewall administration, maintenance and technical support. Experience with hardware and system network, including conferencing applications and Audio/Video equipment, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 & Windows applications.
• Good understanding of cloud management, computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
• On-site support and resolution of all software and equipment issues.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
