About the Role

Magan Limited is a dynamic and growing company in Myanmar’s fire safety and technical services sector, specializing in compressed gases, respiratory protection, firefighting systems, and scuba equipment. We are looking for an active, hardworking, and eager-to-learn Junior Technician to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior team members on various technical projects and provide essential support to the Project Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow your technical career. 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior team members conduct routine visual and mechanical checks on equipment, tools, and Cylinders.
• Keep the work area, testing tools, and inspection equipment clean and organized
• Accurately log test measurements, inspection results, and equipment serial numbers into logs or digital sheets.
• Follow all workplace safety rules, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and immediately report any hazards.
• Perform basic manual tasks, hand tool operations, and assist the engineering team with moving or setting up testing gear.

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ အဖွဲ့တွင် ပူးပေါင်းပါဝင်ရန်အတွက် အလုပ်ကြိုးစားပြီး၊ လက်တွေ့နည်းပညာပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာများကို သင်ယူရန် စိတ်အားထက်သန်မှုရှိသော ဂျူနီယာ စက်မှုနည်းပညာရှင် (Junior Technician) တစ်ဦးကို ရှာဖွေနေပါသည်။ ဤလုပ်ငန်းခွင်တွင် သင်သည် ဝါရင့်အဖွဲ့ဝင်များနှင့်အတူ စီမံကိန်းအမျိုးမျိုးတွင် နီးကပ်စွာ ပူးပေါင်းလုပ်ကိုင်ရမည် ဖြစ်ပြီး၊ လက်တွေ့အတွေ့အကြုံများ ရရှိကာ သင့်၏ နည်းပညာပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ အသက်မွေးဝမ်းကျောင်းကို တိုးတက်စေမည့် အခွင့်အရေးကောင်းတစ်ခု ဖြစ်ပါသည်။အဓိက တာဝန်ဝတ္တရားများ (Key Responsibilities)စက်ပစ္စည်းများ၊ ကိရိယာများနှင့် စလင်ဒါ (Cylinders) များကို ပုံမှန်မျက်မြင်စစ်ဆေးခြင်းနှင့် စက်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ စစ်ဆေးခြင်းများ ပြုလုပ်ရာတွင် ဝါရင့်အဖွဲ့ဝင်များကို ကူညီပေးရန်။လုပ်ငန်းခွင် နေရာ၊ စမ်းသပ်သည့် ကိရိယာများနှင့် စစ်ဆေးရေး စက်ပစ္စည်းများကို သန့်ရှင်းသပ်ရပ်ပြီး စနစ်တကျ ရှိနေအောင် ထိန်းသိမ်းရန်။စမ်းသပ်မှု တိုင်းတာချက်များ၊ စစ်ဆေးမှု ရလဒ်များနှင့် စက်ပစ္စည်းများ၏ ကုဒ်နံပါတ် (Serial Numbers) များကို မှတ်တမ်းစာအုပ် သို့မဟုတ် ဒီဂျစ်တယ်ဇယားများထဲသို့ တိကျစွာ မှတ်တမ်းတင်သွင်းရန်။လုပ်ငန်းခွင် ဘေးအန္တရာယ်ကင်းရှင်းရေး စည်းကမ်းချက်အားလုံးကို လိုက်နာရန်၊ လိုအပ်သော တစ်ကိုယ်ရည်သုံး ကာကွယ်ရေးပစ္စည်းများ (PPE) ကို ဝတ်ဆင်ရန်နှင့် အန္တရာယ်ရှိနိုင်သည်များကို ချက်ချင်း အစီရင်ခံတင်ပြရန်။အခြေခံ လက်လုပ်လုပ်ငန်းများ၊ လက်သုံးကိရိယာ အသုံးပြုမှုများကို လုပ်ဆောင်ရန်နှင့် အင်ဂျင်နီယာအဖွဲ့အား စမ်းသပ်ကိရိယာများ ရွှေ့ပြောင်းခြင်း၊ တပ်ဆင်ခြင်းတို့တွင် ကူညီပေးရန်။

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Any Graduate 
• Experience: At least 1~2 years of working experience in the machinery field.
• Skills:
  • Basic understanding of hand tools and mechanical systems.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Basic Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical Systems
• Work Ethic: Punctual, eager to learn hands-on technical skills, and a strong team player.
• Physical Fitness: The role involves standing for extended periods, lifting equipment, manual handling, and working in an active workshop environment.
