• Design and prepare bespoke itineraries and proposals, ensuring each journey reflects Sampan’s philosophy, ethical code and commitment to positive impact.
• Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through confirmation, including preparing invoices, issuing receipts and maintaining communication with clients as their principal point of contact.
• Manage reservations and ticketing for accommodation, flights, cruises and hot-air balloon experiences, coordinating with the Operations team on all other ground services.
• Oversee the guest experience throughout the journey, including meeting guests in person where required and providing support and assistance during their travels.
• Undertake supplier and accommodation inspections, assessing service quality and positive impact.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and travel partners.
• Stay updated on the latest travel regulations, policies and restrictions.
• Support ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by Management.

• Fluency in written and spoken Burmese and English.
• Experience in tourism or sales (Preferably have a background in travel and tourism.)
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Creativity, energy and a strong work ethic.
