We’re looking for a proactive Legal Counsel to support our business with clear, practical legal advice. You’ll work closely with internal teams, external partners, and regulators to help ensure our operations and commercial activities meet legal and business requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Manage company and branch permits and licenses, including applications and renewals.

• Review and draft a range of contracts, ensuring they meet legal requirements and company standards.

• Research legal questions, advise on business matters, and prepare documents such as memos, letters, notices, and powers of attorney.

• Support fellow lawyers and help maintain relationships with regulators and other third parties.

• Coordinate with internal teams to support timely execution of transactions and corporate actions.

What You’ll Bring

• Corporate lawyer or in-house counsel experience: at least 2 years.

• Experience with corporate procedures, corporate law, permits, and contract review and drafting.

• Working knowledge of civil law, including relevant legislation and principles.

• Strong written and spoken English, with confident communication and negotiation skills.

• Experience in e-commerce or intellectual property is an advantage.
