  • Overall manage and administration of maintenance issues.
  • To arrange smooth operation of other department for electricity and water & sanitary issues
  • To organized with outsource services for Preventive maintenance PM schedule
  • To cooperate with other department for present and renovation work
  • Summary electricity and YCDC water monthly usage
  • Cooperate with government services to carry out hospital general affairs
  • To control waste disposal and cooperate with YCDC in accordance with local rule and regulation.
  • Summary monthly diesel usage for Generators
  • Countercheck with outsource contract services for progress among respective field
  • For hospital renovation and amend issues as per other department request
  • Daily process to for Work Order / Pretty Cash / Claim / Advance…etc report to Account Department
  • Prepare and measure Monthly Meter Bill (Shwe Pa Lin, City Express, SP Bakery, Dental, Eye Center )  and submit to Account Department.
  • All outsourcing Contract and Service Report

  • Any Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in healthcare industry as managerial role.
  • Excellent communication and good command in English language.
  • Well understanding of General Service Department procedures, rules and regulations.
  • Good Communication Skills for personality and managerial Level
