Develop and implement market survey plans based on assigned survey objectives.
Define survey areas, outlet types, target customers, and appropriate sample sizes for market research activities.
Prepare survey schedules and field routes, and organize daily field activities.
Assign survey team members to designated areas and outlets and ensure effective field coverage.
Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure survey activities are conducted effectively and according to plan.
Collect and analyze market data including price, SKU, stock availability, competitor activities, promotions, and customer feedback.
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of all survey data collected by the team.
Monitor and report competitor activities including pricing, promotions, new product launches, distribution, and merchandising.
Identify new product and market opportunities and provide insights on market trends and customer behavior.
Prepare regular market survey reports and communicate key findings and recommendations to the Sales & Marketing team.
Ensure all survey activities are conducted according to company policies, procedures, and assigned timelines.
Coordinate with relevant departments to support business decisions using accurate and timely market information.

Sales & Marketing Management or related qualification.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in market research, sales, marketing, or a related field.
