Market Research - Conduct research to understand market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
Social Media Management- Manage social media profiles and assist in growing engagement, content scheduling, and analytics tracking.
Performance Analysis - Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights for optimization.
Collaborate - Work closely with the sales, product, and design teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing efforts.
Event Planning - Assist in the organization of promotional events, vendor management, webinars, and trade shows.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in marketing or related roles (internships or freelance work can be considered).
Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software)
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas for campaigns.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of SEO/SEM and social media advertising is advantageous.
Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, etc.) are a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proactive, self-starter with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach.
Highly organized and efficient in managing multiple tasks.
