  • Setup and monitor the Marketing Plan and Budget Plan.
  • Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
  • Developing the marketing strategy for the brand in line with brand objectives.
  • Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
  • Overseeing the company's marketing budget.
  • Manage and develop and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
  • Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
  • Manage and initiate strategic partnership.
  • Effective on Market research and Analysis monthly
  • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns for New Launch and Seasonal Promotion s.
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
  • Co-ordinate the launch program to external customers.
  • Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational policies and procedures.
  • Submit strategic plans to the Managing Director (MD) and implement them subject to MD's approval.
  • Preparing social media and print marketing campaigns.
  • Negotiate and approval the marketing, advertising, promotion and trade marketing.
  • Establishes strong Customer Relation Management to maximize potential as Loyalty Program, user through different channels.
  • Managing external agencies and ensuring marketing budgets are met.
  • Oversee the magazine advertisements, direct mail packs, email campaigns, websites, social media and digital marketing, road shows and liaising with art designers

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional qualifications (CIM, MBA) are highly preferred.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of marketing experience in the retail industry, preferably with international or local premium fashion/beauty brands
  • Highly organized, trend-savvy, and proactive with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Lead advertising, sales promotion, and display plans; analyzing operating.
  • Well experience in Customer Service.
  • Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Independent, confident and self-motivated
